As an equine attorney who has been riding horses for 30 years, I know all too well that horses can provide an indescribable amount of joy. At the same time, they’re large animals, and accidents can happen. Just last month, my beloved horse I’ve had for 20+ years stepped just a little too far to the left, and broke my foot.
